1- Room Reservation
For any reservation at the Manor, a Visa or Mastercard credit card number will be requested to ensure a pre-authorization without debit of the amount of your reservation. Your reservation will be confirmed upon completion of this operation.
The stay, additional consumptions, and services are payable at the end of the stay upon returning the keys.
Our accommodation rates are inclusive of all taxes.
We only accept Visa and Mastercard payments or cash.
Any credit card payment from outside the euro zone, resulting in increased bank commissions, will be charged an additional €5.
2- Arrival and Departure
Our Guests are welcome from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM with a maximum tolerance until 8:30 PM.
In case of exceptional arrival between 8:30 PM and 10:00 PM, an additional charge of €50 (all taxes included) will be invoiced.
Upon arrival, the Manor will ask you to complete a police registration form with a national ID card or passport, and a pre-authorized security deposit (without debit) of €250 (all taxes included) is required via a valid credit card.
Our guests are invited to vacate the rooms between 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM.
In case of departure before 8:30 AM, please inform us upon your arrival.
If the room is vacated after 11:00 AM, a surcharge of 50% of the nightly rate will be applied, and 100% for departures after 1:00 PM.
The Manor is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings within the Manor or in cars parked near the Manor.
The Manor reserves the right to charge your credit card for the actual cost of repairs in case of key loss, theft, furniture breakage, or cleaning fees plus €10 for travel expenses.
In case of forgotten objects or personal belongings in the room or any other common area inside the manor found by our team, these may be charged to the client at the La Poste rate plus €10 (all taxes included) for travel expenses.
3- Cancellation
Any cancellation must be notified by email addressed to Manoir de Beaumarchais.
For all cancellable or modifiable reservations, you can cancel or modify without charge up to 14 days before your arrival.
In case of a shortened stay, the entire stay amount remains due to the Manor.
4- Capacity
As the Manor is a private guest house, the establishment reserves the right to refuse guests.
For safety reasons, our maximum capacity is limited to fourteen people.
In case of overbooking, the Manor will cancel the most recent reservation with a refund of the canceled stay if it has been debited.
5- Pets
Our friends, pets are not allowed within the Manor.
6- Use of Premises
Access to the Manor is closed from 8:30 PM.
Respect for propriety is requested from all to ensure the peace and comfort of our guests.
The Manor is strictly non-smoking.
Similarly, eating or drinking alcoholic beverages in the rooms is not allowed. The common areas, which are the living room, dining room, and two outdoor terraces, are reserved for the consumption of drinks from our menu during opening hours.
Children accompanying our guests are welcome. They remain under the responsibility and constant supervision of their parents within the Manor and the adjoining park, especially near our natural ponds and electrified fences of the horse enclosures.
Guests have access, during their stay, to the park and terraces, subject to respecting the tranquility of other guests staying at the Manor.
Any request to store alcoholic beverages in our refrigerator is subject to a corkage fee of €5 (all taxes included) per bottle, consumed or not.
The Manor commits to not communicating any information provided by you for commercial and advertising purposes.
7- Energy Conservation Measures
The Manoir de Beaumarchais has undertaken significant work to significantly reduce its carbon footprint (wood heating).
We would be grateful if you could join in this effort:

- Turn off all lights when you leave your room or bathroom,
- Prefer showers to baths,
- Turn off the towel warmer in your bathroom,
- Turn off the standby mode of your electronic devices once they are recharged.
8- Visuals
In the event of wedding photos or any other professional visuals, please find our billing below:

- With room reservation: €100 (all taxes included) for the park
- With room reservation: €150 (all taxes included) for the park and the interior of the manor
- Without room reservation: €300 (all taxes included) for the park
- Without room reservation: €450 (all taxes included) for the park and the interior of the manor
9- Manor Privatization
Our rate upon request includes for 14 people a Suite, three double rooms, a room with two beds, a Family room, a large living room, a dining room, and a large fully equipped kitchen. Room cleaning service is included.
A deposit of €2,500 is required by bank transfer and/or with a valid credit card with a CVC that protects us against any potential damage in the rooms and inside the manor.
Payment for privatization is due before arrival with a 50% deposit payment upon reservation of the privatization.
Booking a room implies acceptance of our general terms and conditions of sale.
